I think it was around eighth grade when a couple of friends and I decided that "thrifting" was officially a sport. We'd designate days for thrift store shopping and scour the racks for the beautiful vintage pieces or the clothes that just made us laugh. When you really spend time and put effort into something, that's how you're going to find the things that are really worth it. You shouldn't just settle for the easy to find things in life. Some things will be easy and when that happens, lucky you. But that's going to be a rarity. Hard work, patience, resilience, and faith: that pays.
